Can a Vismo project be created once an order has been completed in Dynamics? Additionally, is it possible to automatically grant access to all relevant team members based on the office or team that created the project? For example, if the project is created by Brentwood Utilities, can all utility surveyors be automatically given access to the project? This would assist with scheduling and transferring projects between teams.

We've had some enquiries from time to time asking to provide 360 panoramas and today a potential client shared with us a 360 photo. These are perfectly doable with the drones we have or other relatively cheap 360 cameras but we need specialised software to view them properly (in a spherical view, to rotate the view etc). It would be great to be able to do this in Vismo!

A phone app, to allow viewing files on the go

It would be great to have the option to paste a screenshot for the project picture instead of uploading it separately. Also, it would be helpful if the project address could be pinned directly (e.g., via Google Maps) rather than having to enter it manually.

The button to select folders and files is currently invisible and i have had a couple of clients request how do they select multiple files to download etc..

The ability to share a file via a link (as you can with airbridge etc) for clients whose company IT don't allow them to create an account

As a user I want to be able to sort files and folders by name, size, date by clicking the column heading

From my email I would like to send a file to files@vismo.io and they appear in my account and then let me move them to the right project and folder. Similarly I would like the system to automatically add the file to the right project IF I have the right project number in the subject of the email. It will know the file should go to my account because the file is coming from my email account which is registered with Vismo. This is similar to how plan@tripit.com and receipt@concur.com both work

It would be useful to see when the photo was actually taken (rather than uploaded to Vismo). Location would be useful for site evidence too

Would allow you to take multiple photos straight to Vismo without them saving to your camera roll. Currently you can only take a single photo and then have repeat the process.

I would like this to have a quick preview of the message... rather annoying having to log on just to see it say 'thanks'

When sharing a large amount of files (photos) sorted in folders it would be helpful to have a file count for each subfolder. There's a workaround at the moment, I can select all the files and look at the selected files button, but it takes time when there's a lot of files to scroll down and use the "load more" button.

From the Organisation/Projects list be able to request access to a project

It would be good if there was a way to input project numbers to an area of a project. All stake holders (Survey solutions, architect, client, structural engineer etc.) will have their own project reference numbers. If everyone's references could be added and noted which companies reference each is. There may be multiple project references for each Vismo project.

Create sub projects for different sites on multi site projects
