  2. Paste Project Image

It would be great to have the option to paste a screenshot for the project picture instead of uploading it separately. Also, it would be helpful if the project address could be pinned directly (e.g., via Google Maps) rather than having to enter it manually.

  3. Live location of the survey drawing on a tablet/phone

Be able to walk the site with the drawing open in Vismo with live tracking. It would help clients understand the drawings and see features as they are next to them. Can help with buried assets or could help the site team checking their progress or identify missing features.

  4. Photo Viewing (Gallery)

Often folders are uploaded with multiple photos in. Currently we are unable to click a 'next' button to quickly change between photos, you have to go out of the preview page and into the next. It would be helpful to have a similar style to windows file explorer for viewing photos

  5. The select folder/files button to be clearer.

The button to select folders and files is currently invisible and i have had a couple of clients request how do they select multiple files to download etc..

  7. Take multiple photos at once straight to Vismo

Would allow you to take multiple photos straight to Vismo without them saving to your camera roll. Currently you can only take a single photo and then have repeat the process.

  8. Preview of comment in email when mentioned. 'You have been mentioned email'

I would like this to have a quick preview of the message... rather annoying having to log on just to see it say 'thanks'

  9. File count in subfolders

When sharing a large amount of files (photos) sorted in folders it would be helpful to have a file count for each subfolder. There's a workaround at the moment, I can select all the files and look at the selected files button, but it takes time when there's a lot of files to scroll down and use the "load more" button.

  10. Email files to your Vismo Account or Project

From my email I would like to send a file to files@vismo.io and they appear in my account and then let me move them to the right project and folder. Similarly I would like the system to automatically add the file to the right project IF I have the right project number in the subject of the email. It will know the file should go to my account because the file is coming from my email account which is registered with Vismo. This is similar to how plan@tripit.com and receipt@concur.com both work

  11. Show More Info on Photos

It would be useful to see when the photo was actually taken (rather than uploaded to Vismo). Location would be useful for site evidence too

  12. Comments

You should be able to comment within a specific sub folder only rather than the full project.

  13. View .RVT files

A reseller of Autodesk is keen to suggest to his clients about Vismo, the only thing holding him back is the inability to view RVT files

  14. Upload Notification

Send notification email to all project users when new files have been uploaded. This could be a setting option per project or to be chosen when uploading

  15. Configurable Templates

Instead of just one option for the template folder structure, if you could select/deselect which folders you want or have more of a range - ie if the project is a topo survey, or a measured buildings survey etc, with the relevant folders that each project type would usually have this would be helpful. Currently I don't use the template at all, as most if not all of the folders in there I would not use, so have to make my own folders.
