All files should display and not have to press load more. Pressing select all should select every document and not just those on screen

When creating a board, it fails if the DWG has not been generated previously meaning you receive an error message. If the DWG has been generated the board will create as expected. My steps would be that the DWG would generate if you wish to insert it in a board and not fail. This would cut out the pre generation step.

Clicking the 3 dots for files that are viewable on Vismo, such as pdf files, to show options like delete etc, also opens the preview when it's not supposed to.

Can relevant offices have access to all projects from their location? For example, if a topo is done and issued through Vismo from Brentwood Land, Brentwood Utils to have access to it by default.

Can project location be taken straight from the project name, rather than typing it again?

Can regular users be added by chosing from the suggestions when start typing their email address? It doesn't work at the moment.

Can projects be organised a bit better, e.g. different folders allowing us to sort jobs by Month / Year / Internal communication, etc. At the moment they are all in one place.

i think the left side tab should have a note on it to say what it is rather than having to hover over each one.

Is there a way of working live of Vismo, like a traditional server? Would minimise the risk of working of local drives and staff not saving all data over to projects on Vismo

Be able to walk the site with the drawing open in Vismo with live tracking. It would help clients understand the drawings and see features as they are next to them. Can help with buried assets or could help the site team checking their progress or identify missing features.
