Since our first Vismo release, we've had some fantastic feedback to make managing and sharing your geospatial data even smoother. Keep those ideas coming – we're all ears!

Invite Visibility

1. Pending invites made visible: Now, you can easily check the status of any pending organisation and project invites from the user screens. This helps admins keep track of who’s accepted an invite and when it expires (Note: Invites last 7 days).

2. Invites on your home screen: All users can now view invites from their home screen! Just click the banner, and your invite will pop up in the notification panel. Heads up: Email invite links are no longer active, but don't worry, you can still accept them through the home screen.

We hope these tweaks make it easier to manage your invites!

External Links

Need to link to external content? You can now store links in Vismo to keep everything in one place. Just like files, you can:

• Organise links into folders
• Rename them
• Move them around
• Delete them if needed.

Bulk Download Data

You asked, we listened! You can now download multiple files in one go. Just tick the files you need, hit the download button in the “Project Files” section, and you’re done! Quick note: Your browser might ask for confirmation before downloading multiple files.

Responsive Menu

We want Vismo to be with you on the go. That’s why our menu is now responsive for mobile and tablet use! Stay tuned – more optimisations are on the way.

Other Changes

• The user summary card in projects now links directly to the users tab, giving you a faster way to manage your team.
• We’ve moved surveys off the left-hand menu and summary card. You’ll continue to find them in the Project Files section.
