Similar to BCC function in Outlook, it would be good to be able to add 'hidden' users. An example use case of this would be if the company is using a sub-contractor to deliver data and they don't want the end client to know their sub-contractors.

Admin - Set features, invite anyone and assign any roles to anyone. Members - update settings, project images, site location, work with boards, upload and download files, comment etc.. if inviting someone else, they should only be able to invite as a viewer. Viewers - can only view, download and comment.

be able to associate the project to a organisation in fact multiple organisations for example you may want to say who the end client is, but there may be other organisations involved in the project such as traffic management, revit modelling, structural engineering, buidling condtion sruveyor, geotechnical, archeology, architect, planner, contractor, etc there should be a drop down of predefined roles but alos the ability to add new role types to teh list which.is available for all projects and for the entire organisation

When a board has been created, the option to add assets is only on the initial creation, it would be good to have this as an option once the board is live similar to the way DWG's are added

Some documents such as railway A-G forms or monitoring spreadsheets, often need to be emailed to a distribution list. It would be great if VISMO had an email function, where files can be emailed (as an attachment) to the distribution list. This will allow all rail forms to start being used in VISMO.

I had an idea for a status bar per slide in PowerPoint e.g. To be updated, for review and complete. This same idea could be applied to the boards function in Vismo.

Useful to have a timesheet within a project that can be signed off by a client so we have a record of visit rather than using external timesheets or paper copies) On the timesheet it will have the following: -Site Operative Name (Type in) -Site Address or Project (Type in) -Date (Type in or drop down menu) -Client Name (Type in) -Site Supervisor/Site Manager (Type in) -Surveyor/Engineer Signature (Sign) -Site Supervisor/Site Manager Signature (Sign)

Be able to walk the site with the drawing open in Vismo with live tracking. It would help clients understand the drawings and see features as they are next to them. Can help with buried assets or could help the site team checking their progress or identify missing features.
