Useful to have a timesheet within a project that can be signed off by a client so we have a record of visit rather than using external timesheets or paper copies) On the timesheet it will have the following: -Site Operative Name (Type in) -Site Address or Project (Type in) -Date (Type in or drop down menu) -Client Name (Type in) -Site Supervisor/Site Manager (Type in) -Surveyor/Engineer Signature (Sign) -Site Supervisor/Site Manager Signature (Sign)

Can regular users be added by chosing from the suggestions when start typing their email address? It doesn't work at the moment.

To be able to create manhole record cards to STC standards within Vismo that auto saves a PDF within the project file

A phone app, to allow viewing files on the go

Can relevant offices have access to all projects from their location? For example, if a topo is done and issued through Vismo from Brentwood Land, Brentwood Utils to have access to it by default.

Can projects be organised a bit better, e.g. different folders allowing us to sort jobs by Month / Year / Internal communication, etc. At the moment they are all in one place.

I want to be able to back up all my current job quote project folders and completed work in a single folder/project. Currently a project is limited to 10,000 files I believe. Could this be changed to unlimited to I can basically replicate my laptop harddrive on Vismo and get everything backed up under the same folder and file structure as currently in use

When creating a board, it fails if the DWG has not been generated previously meaning you receive an error message. If the DWG has been generated the board will create as expected. My steps would be that the DWG would generate if you wish to insert it in a board and not fail. This would cut out the pre generation step.

when i create a new board and select the map it should bring in the map from the current location inlcuding the pins lines areas and label

Cancels what you do if you click off the field box. Would be good if clicking out the field works the same as if you were hitting enter button.

If no address then use maps location feature to fill out the address. Update button option If address already populated from project created in Dynamics then, option on location map to not update the address fields

Public presentation should only show presentation, no app borders, no project data, and it should be an option to requre a email and or password and verify email as an option so we can see who has viewed it and message them to see what they thought
