Feature Ideas
Submit IdeaTag images to drawing/pdf files
Be good to provide evidence to clients on problems encountered with site conditions at time of survey and pin point where on the drawings. I am sure could also be used for positive reporting to clients to show detailed areas of survey. Maybe showing site markouts in utils or staked points in engineering works to show progress and evidence the work undertaken etc

Rewards-based onboarding flow
After account creation, present new users with an optional "Let's get you started" screen offering bonus account credits (e.g. additional storage or extended viewer access) in exchange for completing simple engagement actions β such as following Survey Solutions on LinkedIn, subscribing to the Vismo YouTube channel, completing their company profile, or inviting a colleague. Each action shows a clear reward value and turns green once claimed. The screen sits as Step 1 of the onboarding wizard before project setup, is explicitly marked as optional, and uses a card-based grid layout. The goal is to reduce signup friction by making the first moments feel immediately rewarding, while simultaneously building social proof and a user feedback channel. Modelled on Firecrawl's credit-for-follows onboarding pattern.

Paste Project Image
It would be great to have the option to paste a screenshot for the project picture instead of uploading it separately. Also, it would be helpful if the project address could be pinned directly (e.g., via Google Maps) rather than having to enter it manually.

Live location of the survey drawing on a tablet/phone
Be able to walk the site with the drawing open in Vismo with live tracking. It would help clients understand the drawings and see features as they are next to them. Can help with buried assets or could help the site team checking their progress or identify missing features.

The select folder/files button to be clearer.
The button to select folders and files is currently invisible and i have had a couple of clients request how do they select multiple files to download etc..

Photo Viewing (Gallery)
Often folders are uploaded with multiple photos in. Currently we are unable to click a 'next' button to quickly change between photos, you have to go out of the preview page and into the next. It would be helpful to have a similar style to windows file explorer for viewing photos

Sort files and folders
As a user I want to be able to sort files and folders by name, size, date by clicking the column heading

Comment on folders
Be able to comment to a specific folder rather than file or whole project

Take multiple photos at once straight to Vismo
Would allow you to take multiple photos straight to Vismo without them saving to your camera roll. Currently you can only take a single photo and then have repeat the process.

Preview of comment in email when mentioned. 'You have been mentioned email'
I would like this to have a quick preview of the message... rather annoying having to log on just to see it say 'thanks'

File count in subfolders
When sharing a large amount of files (photos) sorted in folders it would be helpful to have a file count for each subfolder. There's a workaround at the moment, I can select all the files and look at the selected files button, but it takes time when there's a lot of files to scroll down and use the "load more" button.

Email files to your Vismo Account or Project
From my email I would like to send a file to files@vismo.io and they appear in my account and then let me move them to the right project and folder. Similarly I would like the system to automatically add the file to the right project IF I have the right project number in the subject of the email. It will know the file should go to my account because the file is coming from my email account which is registered with Vismo. This is similar to how plan@tripit.com and receipt@concur.com both work

Show More Info on Photos
It would be useful to see when the photo was actually taken (rather than uploaded to Vismo). Location would be useful for site evidence too
